If you know me at all, you know I’m a sucker for barrel-leg jeans. Subtle curves or major horseshoe vibes, I love the shape.

These effortless twill pants feel casual, yet cool and the subtle barrel of the leg gives just a dash of trend while remaining classic.

I find that these olive cargo pants run TTS.

I’m wearing my smaller size in this photo and they’re just ever so slightly tight in the thigh.

I prefer my pants, especially cotton ones, to be a little on the baggier side. If I were to order them again, I’d probably size up.

Since they are made of a midweight cotton twill, they’ll stretch a bit as you wear them.

The great thing about the color “olive” is that it goes with so much – but shines among the neutrals.

I love how relaxed this look feels!

The oversized polo adds instant cool and gives the cargo pants a much less “utilitarian” feel.

One of my favorite color combos is black + olive + white – always in season, always chic. I could see this combo working well for the weekends, school pick-up, or even just casual hangs with friends.

These looks feel casual, but more elevated than just a polo and sneakers.

I could even see these pants pairing well with a block-heeled sandal or a kitten heel.

These olive cargo pants go the distance in terms of adding variety to a small wardrobe.

Easily elevated with modern accessories and neutral tones, the Marcelle Low Slung Easy Cargo pants are worth the investment.

Despite the name, the high rise gives a secure fit and the easy, relaxed leg makes the silhouette incredibly wearable.

The price for these pants is steep. Coming in at $248.00 they aren’t a casual purchase.

But the quality of Citizens of Humanity garments is pure luxury. The fabrics are soft, made of natural fibers, and made here in the U.S.

These mid-weight cargo pants wouldn’t be great in frigid cold weather but would be great for spring, summer, and fall. The colorways feel earthy and could all easily mesh with your existing wardrobe.
